If you need to update your profile. Click on the my profile settings in the Settings block to open the menu.

Select Edit profile

This will open the edit profile window. Fields that must have something in them have red writing with an asteristix.

If you scroll down you can view the Add picture.

At the bottom of the screen there is an Update profile button. This will save the changes you have made.
